I feel like a total idiot. I got drunk last night... and I feel guilty for being drunk around a sober friend!!! I jsut feel sooo bad about it and its bothering me alot! I also just feel like an idiot for drinking that much! I have a laptop to pay off.. and need to save money.. thats why I am working. So I feel really bad... and am not going to drink alcohol again till August 31st. Like really.. *slaps self hard*

Anyway... I have an obsession with making other people happy... so I get really guilty when I think they might be displeased with me.. someone I want to not be displeased with me. Why I give a damn about some people's opinions is beyond me... :(

I made up a minimum exercise sceduale for me.. minimum meaning I will do this every week (maybe not during TOM.. but besides that).

Sunday: walk 40 minutes
Monday:
Tuesday: walk 40 minutes
Wednesday: walk 40 minutes
Thursday: walk 40 minutes
Friday:
Saturday: walk 1 hour

Tuesday, Thursday and Friday will also be my 'extra-optional' activities, such as skating or swimming.
Sunday, Monday and Wednesday will also be my 'extra-optional at work' activities, such as weights.
Crunches should be done several times throughout the week.

Thats on the exercise front. As for eating, I really need to get back into the swing of things. So tomorrow I am going to cut out all bad foods again (tomorrow because I will go shopping for some needed grocceries and thus have better control of my food). I am going to loose weight and get my belly button ring! I am bound and determined! Now if I could jsut remind my mouth that when it wants to eat bad stuff.

Ok ok.. I'm acsually not that bad. just a few cheats, which I am not use to doing.

Did 40 min walk today. :)
So dehydrated.. o.o *drinks water*
 
Hey kat! Don't beat yourself down, its over and done, just try to keep it from happening often and you will be just fine. ;)
Your going to reach your goal and get your belly ring you have come sooo far. Almost 65 pounds is just amazing to me. You only have 15 pounds to go you can do it! I can give you a little kick too but I swear I can't help you anywhere near as much as you help me. :p I need an exercise schedule like yours I think I'll work up to that. Its definately a good idea to treat yourself once and give away the rest. You deserve the treat.
Thanks for checkin up on me and all. I do have a journal and I'm going to start being more specific. I think during the week I really need to watch my cals cause on the weekend its alot harder with going out. Thanks! Hope you have a great day. :)
 
The key to my exercising is just being stubborn... lol.
I am a bit sad today... a friend of mine seems to have given up on loosing weight... he gained back all he lost in the last year, and he is already over 400 lbs. :(

The good news for today is I have done 100 crunches today and 20 minutes of steady weights and feel pretty darn good.
 
I'm sorry to hear about your friend Katt. You've mentioned him to me before. The thing I have found is nobody can ever make anybody else lose weight. It is a decision we all must make for ourselves. As for you--congrats on doing such a great job on the exercise.
 
Exercise inspiration!! :D You really do great with all that exercising.

I'm sorry to hear about your friend. When he finally decides to give it another try you will be the best support he can get after all you've come through. But cannon is right its his decision and theres nothing you can do, hes got to decide its what he wants.

I kinda feel I owe it to him to get him back into it. He was the one who helped me so much at the beginning. The first 3 months I wouldn't have made it without him. Now it seems I cant do enough to get him back into it.

I exercise fine.. its the eating that has got away from me lately.. o.o Did a little over an hr of skating today :)
 
That would be great if you could help him get back into it. Just offer your support I'm sure he will come around.
 
*sob* why does the scale hate me?? It said 169 today!!! Either I am retaining water from my period or something!! There is no way with the exercise I do and my cal intake I could gain 4 lbs... *sob* *wails* I only cheated a few times... :(

you've also been exercising like a fiend, maybe you've gained some muscle... have you checked measurements? What that mean old scale says is just a number..

I dunno whats wrong with me...

Yesterday morning, I was talking to my landlady.. and in 10 seconds I went from just peachy to really really bad shape. It started with a sudden quickly growing stomach ache, that just started really hurting.. I felt really sick to my stomach.. then my head got really heavy.. my ears hurt and felt like they where underwater.. and my vision got blurry. I felt dizzy and couldn't hold my head up without the support of my hands. The lady helped me sit down... I was having trouble talking for about 15 seconds... and then within a minute everything except a bit of a stomach ache was gone.. and the stomach pain left in about a 1/2 hr.

Because of that I declared yesterday ultimate rest day. That is the first time anything like that has ever happened.. and I hope its the last. I have no idea what happened. So yesterday I did al of nothing. I had done my usual walk home (35 min vigorious walking.. asnd I had ate). My additional walking consisted of a grand total of approx 8 blocks... 2 to get my eyebrows waxed, and 6 blocks in the evening while taking busses to the open mic down at the Library. The rest of the time I stayed home, napped, showered, red, and watched tv.

What the heck is wrong with me? o.o

On a side note, it takes me less time to walk the same distances... so here is a revised daily exercise sceduale:

Sunday: 40 minutes + crunches + weights
Monday: crunches + weights
Tuesday: 35 minutes
Wednesday: 35 minutes + crunches + weights
Thursday: 35 minutes
Friday: 30 minutes
Saturday: 40 minutes

That is the bare minimum per day.

Sundays, Mondays and Wednesdays that is the exact amount I do.
Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays vary but most often I do twice the minimum.
Saturdays is a max of 1 hr 20 minutes, and a min of 40 minutes.

What you describe you went thru yesterday sounds a bit like heatstroke... Were you really overheated?

If you don't feel like yourself, you might want to consider a call to your friendly neighborhood doctor...
 
I can't beleive its heatstroke.. it wasen't that warm out yesterday morning.. bit of chilly breeze acsually.

To get in to see a doctor here in the city is like pulling teeth... But I have an appointment for the 1st of August with one, so I am going to wait till then. However, if it happens again I will go to a drop-in clinic or the hospital. Its not the most inviting feeling.
 
Oh dear! I hope you are feeling better! If you want my advice, you probably dont lol, but your friend wont lose weight unless he wants to, just talk to him, offer him your support and be there to help him. Keep up the great work and i hope you are having a good day!
 
Thanks so much crayon :) I am trying to subtly motivtate him... and making agreements with him to exercise (if I do this.. then you have to exercise 3x a week for so long.. etc) I will do almost anything to help him get back on the right track.. and he seems to be responding a bit :)

Ok!! in a tempt to thwart evil foods I am going to be religiously counting them for a while:

Breakfast:
cereal bar - 130 calories

Lunch:
Tuna Sandwich - 300 calories

Supper:
hamburgers + steamed vegies - 525 cal

Snack:
low fat jello - 40 cal

total:
995 calories

I might have some watermelon if the jello doesn't satisfy me enough.

Once i finish my crunches I have decided on what my new ticker will be:

My ticker will be to go below 160.. so 159 lbs... a small goal but should help keep me on track. I will also do a ticker makeover :)

So close to cheese tonight.. but resisted! I wanted to keep my cal count all nice and peachy.. not add another 150 cals to it. >.<

But... I want cheeeese!!!! o.o
 
Hey Avi. Just checking up on you. Are you staying away from the cheese? My husband found Soy Cheese on the shelf at the grocery store a few weeks ago. It is soooooooooooooooooo yummy. Check around. I'm sure you will find it. Hope the doctors appt went okay. Take care.
