Just beginning

Hey guys. Im 15, 5 foot 8, kinda skinny. Ive tried different workout plans, but never saw any improvments. I stuck with each one about 4-5 weeks each, but, as i said, no improvments in muscle growth. I know i may ahve just been toning the muscle, but i kinda wanted the growth so im not as skinny as the guys in my class. If someone could please help me with a workout plan that will help and so i will actually see results, i'd really appreciate it. Thanks,

did you eat right? if you want to grow you will have to eat. i was on a good workout plan for some time, when i dident eat proppely.. i had no gains:p then i started eating, and i gained 10 pounds.. and not too much of it was fat:p
 
Lol, good point :D. Ive started eating better, and if i think about it, the food plans i was on before werent to good...thanks karky. Also, i just dont have the motivation sometimes. Like, ill workout regularly for like 6-7 days, then stop for a few. I guess i need to be more motivated
 
Yes I agree with Karky. take a good look at your diet first. Also, be sure your workouts are based on compound exercises.

dont workout too much either, thats not good. if you do full body workouts each time your at the gym 3 days a week is enough ;) and yeah, like said above.. compound exersices, make sure u do squats and deadlifts, they will make you grow!;)
 
This is a great routine for begginers, im just starting it now.
