Wow, January is almost over and I've been so busy I forgot to post. Luckily I did record my weight. Tab is my only weakness...
Jan 04- 153.5
Jan 11- 148.2 (-5.3)
Jan 18- 149.2 (+1)
Jan 25- 145.3 (-3.9; Overall: -8.2)
Jan 31-
New Goal: 144

January 9: 177.4 (-6.1) :)

My goal will be 174

Well, I made my goal, but other than the first week it's been very slow progress for the start of my weight loss.
 
Might as well finish this off:

January 3, 2015: 180.5
January 10, 2015: 178.5 (target = 179.5)
January 17, 2015: depression skip (target = 178.5)
January 24, 2015: depression skip (target = 177.5)
January 31, 2015: 179 (goal = 176.5)

Though it's not as bad as all that as my body fat monitor has me pretty low, and I've been keeping up with the exercise and more often than not my diet. The booze has been a limiting factor, but I'm off that now. Onto February!

That's what I get for bragging. Keeping the new goals and hoping and working for the best.

EDIT: 268.8 as of this morning (January 26, 2015) so there is hope for the new goal yet.

264.6 is -15.6 for the month. WOOHOO! Now to kick February's short ass!
