Sport Juicing- contents?

Notice I didn't say 'eat it whole and unaltered'. Only why would you juice it. I also didn't say anything about the jaw necessarily being the one in his mouth.

A lot of people don't take the time to eat their fruits and vegetables. So they throw it in a juicer and they can get some of the benefits of consuming fruits and vegetables.

When I working at the health food center, I'd prob juice over a dozen times a day and go through half a dozen oranges, a few apples, a couple lemons, handfuls of kale, handfuls of spinach, tons of broccoli, etc etc etc

One of the problems is you're missing out on the fibers. But if you just blend it in a blender, problem solved.
