You´re doing unaccustomed exercise - and lots of it - so your muscles are very likely holding on to a lot of water. They won´t stop doing that until you either stop or get used to the level of exercise. Extra water/weight in your muscles won´t make you look bad in a bikini though, so don´t worry about it!Went up by almost a pound today which is extremely frustrating seeing how I've been giving this my blood sweat and tears for almost a week now.
Lama, that makes sense. That's kind of discouraging. I do feel kind of puffy this morning and I really didn't eat anything yesterday that usually makes me feel that way. Hi Kate, thank you!Hi, hon & welcome back. Getting off the merry go round would be good. It's hard to maintain weight-loss if we slip back into old bad habits. I know that I need to weigh myself once or twice a week from now on. The minute I stop I put weight back on as I kid myself that I'm doing OK. Then it's back on the merry go round One day at a time
