Ello again,post number 2 and now I have a question. First let me say that im the type of person that used to never go to the doctor .. you know unless something was falling off ect. Second I have spent the last 7-8 years of my life fighting to keep my uric acids levels in ck, and the 5 years before that beign untreated for chronic gout. When I was in high school I had 2 very serious sports related ankle issues and my attacks usually start there. I blew out my knee playing soccer with my kids team a few years ago and I have fang shaped calcium build ups behind both my knee caps. Ok enough crying now to the question. Im looking for some kind of suppliment that i can take to help my joints walking at this point is very painfull if my gout is up it can be almost impossible. Part of my wgt gain problems started when i just couldnt work out anymore .. 1 day at the gym was costing me 3 days of not walking and it just kept getting worse until i stopped. Every time I get back on track exercise becomes a problem at some point or another due to joint pain. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions ? My ears are wide open ... and thanks for your time.
P.S i know alot of people think ghout is related to beer but it runs in my family .. my father, myself and now my younger brother all suffer from it my grandfather on my mothers side ect. I have no specific triggers it can be anything from stress to nuts and i do take meds daily for it .. though I hate them and would rather not.
