The one for women by Dr. Peake or just the regular one? I considered buying the women's one, but I heard it wasn't all it was cracked up to be. Maybe the reviews at amazon.com might help you, as I don't know all the details.
 
Hey everyone, it's been a couple of days since I checked in so I thought I'd drop in.
Diet is going pretty good today, I'll post later since I'm only half way through my day. Exercise is eh today, it's house cleaning day so I don't know if I'll make it to the gym today, which is alright because I've already logged 5 days.

All is well over here on my end. Glad it's good on yours. Good job on the food intake, with the occasional cheat meals. You'll get to your goal soon.
 
Well just wanted to make a quick post, not a lot going on here today.
I'm in the middle of moving so things are sort of crazy here lately. My parents came to visit, so we played some mini golf and packed some of my stuff.
I just finished Taebo and now i'm drinkin' some lemon water, which isn't half bad actually.
Hope everyone is doin great with their plans!
