Weight-Loss January Challenge

Weight-Loss
Yesterday I did well. Rode my horse for 40 mins, got my water in.
Today I rode my horse for about 45 mins, and am trying to chug my last 2 cups of water down.
 
Not quite sure if I had 7 or 8 glasses of water today, but it's not too long before bed and I don't want to have to wake up in the middle of the night to pee like I did last night so I'm gonna call it 8.
Rode my horse for a good 45 mins, as well as moved heavy jump equipment around so got in my exercise.
 
Not sure if I am doing this alone or not, but, rode my horse for probably 30 mins, plus moved some jumps around. Got 8 glasses of water.
 
Still the only one doing this, but got my water in every day so far. Resisted having a pop at a friend's place the other day, and been riding my horse so getting in some exercise. Walked my dogs the other day too.

ACTUALLY did REAL exercise other than riding (rode too!). 30 mins of a kinda circuit training thing I made up including using some playground equipment and running. Got in all my water.
 
Wow, January is almost over and I've been so busy I forgot to post. Luckily I did record my weight. Tab is my only weakness...
Jan 04- 153.5
Jan 11- 148.2 (-5.3)
Jan 18- 149.2 (+1)
Jan 25- 145.3 (-3.9; Overall: -8.2)

Good job on the weight loss.
Yesterday I got in my water, AND did a 40 min circuit training workout.
Today I got in my water, and went for a good 45 min bike ride (which was very hard because my bike had a flat tire!!), I also rode today for about 30 mins.
 
I finished off the month perfectly. Got my water in plus exercise.
