I love the south beach way of eating, very highly recommended by my nutritionist, you are doing good to stay on phase one that long!

I know how you feel.....I was REALLY down day before yesterday because not only had I not lost....I had gained a pound (but as my "official" weigh date is only once a week I was praying that thursday would show a los) I think my problem this week is that its that TOM and I retain water like crazy then.

It took me almost 2 weeks to register my first pounds off, dont get discouraged, lots of things factor in....I think as long as you KNOW you're doing what you need to be doing to be healthier THATS what counts

Jan 18 - 150 (+ 0.6 lbs.)

I was up a small bit this week thanks to a visit from mother nature. I'm not too worried about it though, I weighed myself again this morning and the scale is moving in the right direction again.

Great job on all the weight lost so far this month. You guys are doing a great job. Keep up the good work and let's all make that 7lb goal.

Krinse-goodness if you can have your TOM and only be up 0.6lb I would say you have LOST, at least that would be the case for me! Keep up the great work!.
