Welcome to the January challenge. Same principle as December, just lose what you want, post when you want. Aim for 7lbs as a guide. Together we can make it happen.

Anyone can join at any time. Just post the earliest weight in the month that you have, whenever you want to join.

Hopefully I can do better in January then I did in December. I love the holidays but I'm glad they are over.

Todays weight is 157.5.

I was right, it was my monthly cycle that was making my weight spike at the end of the Dec 7 lb challenge. I woke up today and have dropped several pounds, ha, ha!
 
That's great Joey - in good time for your gym challenge weighing. Good luck for that!
 
Alright, now that christmas is past I think I can do this.

Start Weight> 01/02/08> 157

I would be an even 150 if I made the 7 pounds
 
I'm stoked about this month's challenge! If I lose the seven pounds that will take me down to 150 but, hopefully I'll lose more and I can be in the 140's! Imagine that....140's.......it's been a while since I've been down there however I will welcome them with open arms :)

Will this challenge bring anyone else up on a big milestone?
 
You are certainly not alone cfrazierm.

My weight is actually 1.2 pounds higher than my 1st January weight.
I know that I am retaining water so I am not too concerned about it - this happens to me every month.

The main thing is that we continue our good behaviour - eating healthily and doing exercise - and it all seems to work itself out in the end.

Keep on working - we will get there in the end.
