I weigh around 75-80 kg now and I don't think i'm over weight. I've belly fat and its by far where its all hidden. I often tense my tummy in to avoid being seen as pudgy and it definitely works. I'm slowly gaining more weight and is not helping my situation at all. I fear soon or later the time will come when I can't hide the fat or may even be far worse than that.
I drink plenty of water and eat a decent amount of vege and fruits. I'm starting yoga and walking again but I feel a real change is needed. I eat lots of food and it all adds up in the end. I have extreme sugar cravings at night and that is most likely the cause.
I would be happy to get some good advice for motivation purposes. I'm far too lazy to be consistent with the way i am right now.
