Ah, so what you mean is you 'store' right after eating, but it's burned off like the rest of the food you eat (below maintainence) soon after?

Also, regarding a comment on the previous page (Steve can correct me on this if I'm wrong), you don't lose adipose tissue (adipocytes), you lose the fat (lipids) stored in the adipocytes.
