1. So is it okay to keep my biceps/tricep workout on the same day... after resting a day after a chest day to heal?

3. Understood... I should take more time to rest in between workout days.
1. Yes, you don't have to do it every week but they work well together
2. Compound exercises are the ones that are going to build the muscles.
3. Make sure you split your pressing muscles and pulling muscles. i.e. if you do chest and tris allow a few days before doing shoulders.
