Is This A Good Diet To Lose Weight???

^^^ Oh, lol. Well, when I do get rep power, I will remember to rep you :p

Well, if anyone can help me out, I will really appreciate it (and rep you later)!!!

I think you've asked this question before -and provided the s ame menu - the calories - to me - look low for the day and it doesnt seem your getting enough fiber or protein.

you might want to put your daily food into a program like to see where your day comes out - It's tough to adjust unless you know what your starting point is

Breakfast (7:00 am)
1 cup of Cheerios
1/2 cup of 1% milk
More food, say 70g oats + 250ml milk, some protein in that would be good, and "some" caffeine

SCHOOL (gym, walking to different classes, band, ect)
Gym?You say you can't go to the gym, well whatever you do get a bannana or two down after it to replace muscle glycogen, and some protein would be good

Lunch (2:00 pm)
1 cup of fried vegetables (Indian sahk)
2-3 rotis (thin wheat tortillas)
1 cup of Honey Nut Cheerios
1 small container of fat-free strawberry-banana yogurt

OR

1 bowl of Basmati rice - with 1/2 cup of dal (curry type liquid) or mung beans
1 cup of Honey Nut Cheerios OR 1 small container of fat-free yogurt
Yohurt is so light in calories, and fat free really isn't what it's cracked up to be, personally I'd go for a turkey/chicken sandwhich here, rice with one of those would work too :)

Exercise
35 minutes of outside bike riding

OR

35 minutes of lifting 10 pound dumbell that I have at home along with push-ups, sit-ups, ect...

Again, after this protein and some fruit
Dinner

1 big apple OR 1 big orange
Pure starvation, get some decent food down ya

You won't gain muscle without enough protein and there's a real lack there, but you could probably cut down some weight :) It'd make you look more toned that way ...

I think you've asked this question before -and provided the s ame menu

I believe this to be the same guy that used to ask the same question over and over at Training.fitness. He would ask about the same diet over and over (that is about 99% identical to the diet he would ask us about) and we would all explain to him how horrible it is repeatably. Though he would just make a new thread each and every-time someone said anything bad about the diet.

If you are not the same person, then please ignore then this.

Age issues.....

Ok parents, heres a little thing that has been bugging me about this post.

I don't deny this young person may be in need of some help, but realistically, would you want your 14 year old following a diet or advice they got from an online forum? If this young person got sick or even questioned by his parents as to why he was eating this way, would you not suspect the parents might have a very unhappy reaction? I know I would flip if I found my daughter was on some low calorie weight reduction diet without my knowledge or supervision. We know nothing of this persons experiences or needs, and at 14, do even they know yet?

I think the best advice to give this young person would be as someone already suggested. Talk to your parents or school councilors. This is not a place for 14 year olds to learn proper eating habits or any other habits. Somethings should really only be done with the right supervision.

Body Weight workouts are the Solution!

Since you are only 14yrs old, I think you are bothered by greater chest fat accumulation. There is a good solution for this: you can do diamond hand push ups for burning up chest fat very fast.

You have to be in a regular push up position or can keep your knees bent and down on the mat but stretch out your hands directly in front of you, aligned straight to your forehead. Then do the push ups slowly by bending at the elbows and rising up slowly.

I think very good advice has been offered on your request to cover up the diet section. I only wanted to say that you can cut out on breakfast cereals entirely and replace it with fruits of your choice.
