My Diet
Hey guys! I am new here. I am 14 years old, 5'11'', 160 pounds, and am in the ninth grade. I am not strong and am pretty fat (not obese or anything but I do have man "boobs"). I want to lose weight and gain muscle. So, I came up with this diet and I was wondering if you guys can help me with it and maybe help modify it if you find anything wrong. Well, here it is:
Breakfast (7:00am): 1 cup decaf Coffee with 1% milk and sugar.
SCHOOL - no lunch period.
Lunch: I am Indian so I eat fried vegetables (shak), thin tortillas (rotis), 1 small container of strawberry fat-free yogurt, and 1 cup of Cereal. OR, I might eat 1 bowl of white rice (basmati) with mung beans (high protein green ones). Now, I am only 14 so my mom makes me eat Indian food at least once a day So, I can't change this meal.
Exercise: Weights: 30 minutes endurance training (practically no breaks)
Dinner: 1 cup Cereal with 1/2 1% milk. Or I might eat some fruit (apples preferably.)
So, what do you guys think? Please leave feedback and feel free to modify my diet in any way (except the Indian meal I have for lunch).
