Is it possible to decrease your height at a young age?

Actually there is a height decrease surgery by removing bone from your legs. As i said above,i asked a doctor one,he told me that it will cost about 20k dollars,but once he learned my height,he refused to do it...probably he thought i was crazy,lol.

I guess doctors will provide such surgery to people who are really tall like over 6'6",otherwise i don't think so.

But in fact i don't have such problem with my legs and torso,as i do with my head and neck. So i'd prefer to find a way to minimize my head and neck,say about 2 inches...they are REALLY BIG for my height,my head is about 30 cm,and my neck around 10 cm (from the end of the ear to the shoulder)

That sounds like a kind of surgery given to people with detrimental gigantism or something like that. For a healthy person, an operation like that would cause a lot of physical problems. Specifically, they'd have to remove muscle, ligaments, fascial tissue, and a whole lot of others that would essentially cause you some sort of long-term physical dysfunction.
