I'm exercising to lose weight and I see a good progress. But I feel a lot hungry and feels like i want to add something tasting good to my diet.

is it ok to take chicken breast daily?? is that amount ok or is it too much of fat?

Yep. I practically live off of it. Low fat, low cals, high protein.

i practically live off of chicken also...i just use different seasonings so i don't get sick of it so easily.

Yea, boneless skinless chicken has VERY little saturated fat. The other fat is good stuff.

Chicken is a staple of my diet. I eats it every day, except on days when I treat myself with a tuna steak or salmon (theys be more expensive thoughs =/)

Oh, fish is also a good choice.

as long as you keep your calories together you should be fine, and chicken breast is not really a fattening food, besides your body needs it as well.

If you're following a healthy eating plan you shouldn't feel hungry during the day.

Skinless chicken is a good choice, so is fish.

Here's some tips for losing weight without starving yourself:

  • Make time to eat.
  • Don't sit in front of the TV or computer when eating.
  • Eat foods that are filling.
  • Eat 5 small meals during the day.
  • Drink plenty of water.

I live off chicken everyday as well even before I started my healthy lifestyle. I actually work as an analyst for a poultry company so I get mine a hell of a lot cheaper than the stores offer it and have a deep freezer full of boneless skinless breast. :)

I dont think you can eat too much chicken.

Newer science is showing that saturated fat is not bad and can have beneficial effects on the body. Dont believe the hype, its very old school. Be careful about the fish you choose as much of it has too high levels of mercury and other dangerous toxins.

But yeah, even dieters must eat something and you can't really go wrong with chicken!

might be a stupid question but why dont eat infront of computer or tv?

Well it wouldn't be a crime or anything. However, people often eat far larger portions when they are mindlessly eating rather than focusing on each bite. You can eat in front of the TV or computer to your heart's content if you simply portion out your food before you sit down and zone out on your TV or computer.
