Guess I better join the crazy group so I can have some good reading material during breaks at work. It's been a bit busy around here last month so I didn't get to play in the June thread much. Maybe things will slow down this month? Probably not...

My goal weights are in parenthesis. I like to set lofty goals because if my goals are too easy to reach, I'll feel like I don't need to push myself. This is a calorie deficit of 1250 a day. It's actually pretty close to what I did last month - though my weight loss didn't match the expectation. Sigh. So I'll probably get about half my expected loss. But I'll pretend I don't know that yet! It's all about the mind games. :willy_nilly:

July 1: 195.8
July 8: (193.3)
July 15: (190.4)
July 22: (187.9)
July 29: (185.4)

JULY TOTAL: (10.4)

Here's something for you, Ali. Madeleine Albright can leg press 400 pounds. Not a squat, but on the leg press machine.

My name is Kristi and I just joined on Sunday. Very fun community so far!

My short term goal:
Ideally I'd like to drop 13 pounds by the end of July, but would be happy with a 5 pound loss.

Haven't done those yet...but I got strong legs (stocky as hell) but I bet I would be good at it...
