What the others say is true, that cutting down on food (whether by calorie-counting or by just eating less of it!) is the quickest way to lose weight, but exercise will help make your body look "tighter", I think. It's a pity that you can't go to the gym just now - can you go for walks, or bike-rides?

I don't have a lot to add, I think you know most of the answer, if you stop bingeing and drinking a lot of alcohol calories you will probably be fine. Maybe a little calorie counting, for a while anyway, and some exercise will help.

I agree with the others, you are a beautiful woman in all of the pictures, but I can tell from what you have said that you would be a happier one with a few less pounds. That's a good reason to lose. And to make sure you don't gain more.
