You´re clearly not extremely overweight (I know: that´s not how it feels to you!) and I think you still look lovely. That said: it´s your body and you have every right to want to be slimmer/fitter. Do you have a plan for what you want to change about your food intake? Exercise can help with muscle mass, stress, and other things but for weight control your diet is the main thing.

Thank you kind for these words but i dont feel good in my body at this moment. I feel like should lose min. 10 kg to look how i look before. My bmi is overweight 25.24 and body fat percentage is around 32 %

And that´s absolutely valid. I would suggest you start by describing what a typical day of eating looks like for you at the moment (either what you were doing to get to your current weight or what you are currently doing to change that weight. There are plenty of kind folks around here who´ll be happy to have a look at it and give tips for possible improvement. Maybe stick around here in the diaries and update every day so you (and we) can keep an eye on how you´re doing?

Ok so last month i started swimming twice a week last week i tried gym but CORONAWIRUS. Now i'm obligated to stay home. I would say my eating is absolutely valid. I dont have any strict diet. For example breakfast- scrambled eggs with bread and cotton cheese, luncg breast of chicken grilled vegatables rice, i ussualy eat something like fruits or some sweets before dnner, and for dinner salad(tomatoes, caesar salad onion, olive, pepper, white cheese, and fruit shake

That sounds pretty good to me. How much of those things do you eat? Have you ever counted calories? There are several apps that help to make calorie counting easier (the ones I see used here most often are myfitnesspal and cronometer). Do you ever binge?

I have never counted calories. I tried to start but it took me so much time i stopped.Hmm maybe with these calculators it would be easier. I used to binge and going to even 2 parties a week but for nearly a half year i cut it down. A year ago i didn t really thought about my body. The worst change that i hate is my midsection I used to have six pack ... What should i work on firts with my body??

Did your weight gain stop when you stopped binging and partying (which I assumes included plenty of alcohol, which has lots of calories)? If it didn´t and you gained more weight since your portion sizes are probably just a bit large. Here´s a bmi calculator that´ll give you a guideline for how many calories to eat in a day to get to a healthy weight in a sensible way (not a crash diet). I don´t think you´ll have to count calories forever but if you´ve never done it before it can be a very helpful tool to learn how much food your body really needs. Especially if you used to work out a lot and needed a ton of calories because of that. For now, while we´re supposed to stay home there´s always aerobics and bodyweight training to keep us sane.
What should i work on firts with my body??
Definitely food.

Yes i used to work out a lot but i have a huge gap. Ma weight gains stopped when i stop partying but for short period. I couldn t fast come back to my work plan i can't even now.

I asked for the part of my body which looks it needs the most of work
Oh, I didn´t get that. And I already said I think you look lovely. But really it doesn´t matter because while you can try to build muscle in specific spots you can´t reduce fat deposits in certain areas more than in others. All you can do is reduce your calorie intake (or raise the amount of calories burned but that´s hard to keep up in the long run) and let your body decide where it wants to break down fat. Usually the areas that grew bigger last will lose the weight again first.

I should send the photo in the other position from the side so you will see i don t look so lovely :D I know fat cant dusappear from this part i know but what part deposits the most fat?

Why is it so important for you to know that? It won´t influence what you´re able to do anyway so why spend so much time thinking about it?

For the other perspective

Still a good-looking woman with a bit of extra weight on her bones. You'll be so proud in a couple of months when these are your "before" photos.

Hi, Kate & welcome to the forum. LaMa is right. You can't spot reduce & lose fat from certain parts of your body. Keeping track of your calories for a while by using an app will help. Diet is the most important thing to lose weight. I think most of us eat more calories than we think we do. Do you know what you weighed in the 2018 photo?

I weighed around 52 kg

You look great in both photos & I'm sure, especially at your age, you shouldn't have too much trouble. Just start now, cutting down. Sign up for myfitnesspal or cronometer or another app, complete the info, go to the guidance with goals & see how many calories per day they recommend to lose the weight you want to lose & start. Don't lose weight too fast as the slower you go the better your chances of keeping it off. You can do this.

Well you know where you´re starting from, now to get to where you want to be. Have you made a plan yet?
