Its funny you pointed out that they spelled casine. However Ive only seen it spelled CASEIN.
See, now, where tony uses the word funny I would use the words "hypocritical" and "obnoxious". It's spelled casein. From the latin
caseus (for cheese). There is no e on the end.
At the very least, if you
must go around correcting spelling, make sure you know what you're talking about. And, more importantly, try not to be a huge tool about it. There's this thing called a "private message" you can use to gently inform someone that they are mistaken as to the arrangement of the letters in a word, without attacking them in public (though in this case you've only managed to insult yourself).
Or, lacking basic human decency, you could at least have something to contribute. Or, no, wait, I guess by your own standards that's impossible for you, because you'd have to be able to correctly spell every word you've used for us to give any credence to what you're saying.
You fail your own test.
P.S. Re: the OP, I recommend a quality fish oil and a solid multi-vitamin and multi-mineral. If you can't get enough protein in your diet from whole sources (meat, seafood, eggs, cheese, milk, etc), you can supplement with whey, casein, or a milk dairy isolate type mix (80% casein, 20% whey - imitating the ratio that occurs naturally in milk). I wouldn't bother with creatine for now. Eat clean, and in a surplus. Check out the stickies on nutrition.
