I'm not really fully back lifting. I don't think I will be until the summer. maybe...
I've got so much stuff going on its rediculous. I had a really good workout today, almost puked =]
but.... I haven't been lifting consistently and rarely do lowers anymore, and hardly do back (my fav muscle group to work) due to lack of equipment. Sad.
I'm on Varsity Track right now and lifting at least once a week, usually at least twice. My bench is actually still hanging in there, I got 175x2 without a spotter tonight, I might have gotten a 3rd with a spotter, but I didn't want to risk it. The problem is that the way my bench is set up, I'm basically forced to use a closer grip then normal. I'm still looking dec, maybe I'll get some pics up soon. I believe I'm still between 155 and 165, but I haven't weighed in in a while.
But.. Sunday at 4:00 a.m. I will be at the airport headed to Tijuana, Mexico to help build schools and hospitals and also learn about the border issues with people who are planning to cross over and those who have been captured and sent back to Mexico. I'll be back in a little over a week.
So things are going ok with me, I'm really waiting on the summer. Still getting good grades-honor roll. Just got my new Canon EOS 400D camera, and I love it. Other stuff, but I gotta go =]
