Haha, I wish, I usually put the combined weight if I'm lifting them together, otherwise I'll note that it's with each arm so in this case I used 20kg DB's

Was planning on another set but got a slight pull in my anterior delt in rep 2 of the final set. The bench figures have actually improved as I'cve just noticed I put down 205 last week but I actually did 202.5 (used two 1.25 plates)

Chest fly
3x10 @ 77

Lateral Raises
3x10 @ 24 (combined)
 
A lazy, useless session today. It was packed when I got there and I couldn't be bothered to wait for anything

Mainly deadlifting today but performance was so bad I don't want to post figures :)

Gonna be working on these heavily in thenext few months as I'm getting a bad imbalance between hams and quads. The problem I have is my dodgy hamstring keeps pulling if any direct weight gets put on it

Yeah it`s been awhile....i`m pushing 200lbs now (well 195).it`s great eating,i love it.

Hi Marco, great to see that ass back on the forum more often, I might need to look into my avatar :)

I've been off for a week so no posting or training. Can't wait for the gym now, even if I am tired as hell after getting back to 6am starts.

Watched The Expendables last night, great to watch the oldies like Dolph back in action
 
Training was a bit of a mess today, the first one back after a holiday always is for me.

6x100 – very poor performance here, maybe caused by my extreme tiredness

A bit of a disaster today, I thought I’d try squatting 5x5@ 440lbs but on the second set I was finding it comfortable enough to go for 8 rep sets and then on the 6th rep pulled a muscle in my right quad. It doesn’t really hurt but it is tight and a little uncomfortable. I don’t think it’s that serious and I’m sure I would have been able to continue but don’t want to risk it. I’d already completed 3 warm-up sets and one at 440 so a little annoyed that it went when it did.

Spent the rest of the session just doing abs
 
Sorry, totally let this journal slide, I'll try and get back on it tomorrow.
I'm at a new gym now, has one super fit trainer working there and I think she likes me taking notice of her working out, I'll give details if I get any :)

Weight is still only 220lbs which is pissing me off, might have to just start scoffing bread and pasta in the evening to kick past this block. I seem to remember getting stuck at 220 before so it must be something my body like to limit me to
