Thought I should hold myself accountable a bit more and write stuff in a journal again. Since I left I've had a few ups and downs in my life but things seem to be a bit more stable now, my work is going quite well and nobody in my family is critically ill anymore so can divert focus on getting back into shape.
I left here at about 210lbs but since then I'd focused so much on work I wasn't training much, not eating much and dropped down to my lowest weight of 186 a few weeks back.
I'm back training 5 days a week and on a high calorie diet again and yesterday weighed in at 206, which is a gain of 20lbs in 19 days (nothing but pure muscle of course
I haven't exactly worked out a training plan yet but hopefully people here will be able to make suggestions as I go. I was thinking I might return to Wendler's 5/3/1 programme.
