Hmm I'm surprised BTW got booted off another site unless he signed onto a female forum and then forgot & made a pass at one of the lasses on their. Pretty much anything goes on fitness/bb sites.
 
I need to start posting in our journal again really..

Haven't posted for a week or so, just been at the F1 racing for 4 days, constant drinking, smoking, sniffing, and eating burgers. Now it's time to detox my f**king body.

This forum has to pick up, i can't believe how sh1t it's got. I hate the fact that there's few experienced and knowlegable people anymore. I like what Typhon put, as he has a point :D

I even joined a new fitness forum, not as many members as here but a LOT more active. Had some decent people there, unfortunately i have recently been banned from the site :action8::action8:

And BB, noway does anything go on other fitness sites. Some are so strict that i just wanna eat my own sh1t n piss. I just said some of the usual sh1t i say here and they couldn't handle it!
