Quick post. I will be updating my progress right away, but I did not do one of the 2 workouts set for this challenge. I am finding I just don't have the time after work to do a larger workout, and no motivation to. So instead I am looking for shorter workouts. I did today and like I noted in my diary it was good. I did quit early cuz of my feet hurting, and my knees forced me to substitute, but I am sweating and feel good that I did something. If you guys feel this, or other substitute workouts, should not count towards this challenge I fully understand and will of course remove them from those dates from this thread and keep it only in my own diary.
