Sport I keep overeating on saturdays and making myself ill

Saturday 20th September

heya everyone its saturday evening.

First of all i went out to the pub last night and hardly drank much, so this morning i woke up very FRESH!!!!!!!! which i havent done on a saturday for a while. it felt great.

ive eaten very well today, and more importantly i havent been thinking about food all day. i went out cycling for 45 minutes in the morning, and went for a little walk at lunchtime to get outside in the fresh air and away from the kitchen lol. I also appied for a new job and done some studying, oh yeah and also some gardening for my dad. so ive had a busy day, well not that busy, so its been good.

Thanks again everybody for all your advice. today has been a success!!!!maybe i will be able to get my arse in gear and get the body ive always dreamed of.
