Stop spreading nonsense and you won't hear from me anymore.

Pretty simple, huh?

If everyone started listening to you (highly unlikely), you'd have 20,000 confused people on your hands.

Not cool.

mmkthanx

Susana, the information that Steve is giving you is based on scientific fact, not on his opinions...

Do listen to him - getting to where you want to be fitness wise and health wise will be a lot less painful that what you're currently feeling...

I respect that...

I agreed with a normal healthy food...i don't say that is bad.
But i choose this way to lose weight... have nutritionist to support (right or wrong) with this "diet plan".

When i've started a diet..and the beginning, yes it was difficult to me; but now, i'm feeling very well.

If this is a "nonsense" i didn't create this. I just like this diet...doesn't mean another person will like that... so many people telling me to make a diet of Dr. Atkins, and i don't like at all.

"By Dr. Herbert M. Shelton

The Basic Rules of Proper Food Combining:
1. Eat acids and starches at separate meals. Acids neutralize the alkaline medium required for starch digestion and the result is fermentation and indigestion.

2. Eat protein foods and carbohydrate foods at separate meals. Protein foods require an acid medium for digestion.

3. Eat but one kind of protein food at a meal.

4. Eat proteins and acid foods at separate meals. The acids of acid foods inhibit the secretion of the digestive acids required for protein digestion. Undigested protein putrefies in bacterial decomposition and produces some potent poisons.

5. Eat fats and proteins at separate meals. Some foods, especially nuts, are over 50% fat and require hours for digestion.

6. Eat sugars (fruits) and proteins at separate meals.

7. Eat sugars (fruits) and starchy foods at separate meals. Fruits undergo no digestion in the stomach and are held up if eaten with foods that require digestion in the stomach.

8. Eat melons alone. They combine with almost no other food.

9. Desert the desserts. Eaten on top of meals they lie heavy on the stomach, requiring no digestion there, and ferment. Bacteria turn them into alcohols and vinegars and acetic acids.

That's garbage.

You, and the people you read, live in a dream world.

When you come to reality, you'll realize what a ridiculous waste of space and brain that crap is.

This is definately a common problem..My best advice for you would be 3 things. First of try to cut out sweets and sugar filled foods. These kinds of foods cause a sudden spike in your blood sugar levels. your body then releases insulin to control your blood sugar. Unfortunately insulin also promotes fat storage.

Next I would try to cut 250-300 calories out of your diet. Also try to stick to high protein and complex carb rich foods(whole wheat breads, vegetables, beans etc). These types of foods take longer to digest and will help to keep you feeling full longer.

Lastly I strongly recommend doing 25-30 min of some type of aerobic exercises. This will help to burn off un needed calories.

The "separate eating" is complete nonesense. I used to believe in it as well. My meals are almost always "mixed" now and it never ever has been a problem for my weight loss results. I have no scientific proofs, I just state a fact of my experience.

I see people has been eating ice cream, pizza, burritos ...and they are losing weigh too.

Everyone must find out what the best way to get sucess ...everyday we make our choices...

This plan i have been follow...has been given me a 14 years, of perfect weight...it's not a new diet plan for me. And now i'll make the same plan and get my weight back.

This rigorousness program are to restore my weight...after that, i don't need be so rigorously.

That's fine if you like to torture yourself with stupid minutia. That's your life.

I'm saying... don't spread that kind of useless junk around as advice for other people. Losing weight is difficult enough for most..... no need to make it more complex than it already is.

I greed with that.
Everyone should know their own limits. When we know where we want to "go", we choose the best way to have sucess.

To myself this plan is the best way. For almoust person doesn't? Fine...the important is they have their own "plan" to do.

Skipping meals will always make you lose weight quick, but this will not help you keep it off and it is a bad thing for your health. It's better for you to start a weight loss program, including healthy eating and weight loss exercise. If you want some ideas on healthy eating, weight loss execise and many other tips that can help you lose weight in a healthy manner, you can visit my blog SPAM LINK DELETED

But if you're constantly going back to the same plan for 14 years - that means it's not a lifestyle change and you're not able to keep the weight off - for whatever reason you might have... your plan is not effective... an effective plan - takes the weight off and allows a person to live their life with the weight off...

But the problem wasn't with my alimentation...the problem was with me.

When i get to my weight...i wouldn't have all that rules. I find a balance... but to lose weight i like this rules.
