i have 2 months

Ok well... ive done some experimenting with many diff workouts and diets. Imma try something new that everyone does already which i always refused to do. Which is do chest, back, sholders one day then do bicepts, forearm, legs the other, etc.... I never tired doing that and i thought i'd try it. I always just do full upper body workout in one session which may be not working for me. I will try that for 3 weeks and see if my results change. By the way eversince ive posted my dairy i havent stopped working out. I just dont write anymore because it was the same oh same oh everyday.

My max current bench: 255lbs
Max current curl: 110lbs
weight: 170lbs
5'9 tall

Sounds like you're doing great and, most importantly, you seem extremely motivated because you're enjoying it - well done man.

I have a question. The way you're going, you're going to pack on muscle whilst dropping fat (nothing wrong with that!) but, technically speaking, that will mean that you'll miss your 163lb goal (due to the muscle weight) and you're buddy will win the bet, won't he?? ;)
 
Well i dont care about the bet no more. I also dont care about my weight no more. All i care is for me to be healthy and look nice. I guess i am motivated but i also work out becuase i love it. Its like a hobby for me. Working out for me is like a fat person eating ice cream :p its enjoyable. I think im gona stop on my bench now becuase going over 255lbs will just get me buff and i dont want that. That freind of mine well... were not freinds anymore. But yea man thanks for that comment.
