I disagree. The mass amount of liquor consumed by its inhabitants lends itself to a liquid state.

I like the do this because I THINK you won't be affected. You're insurance will be affected for three years. Go to court and pay the fine. I had the same thing when I got my first ticket. 180 days of suspension, but I just never got pulled over during that time.
