I came to a revelation today

Actually, I think she has posted that spam s--t in just about every thread on tis forum.

I just signed up for the earliest possible race I could find. A short 4K Leap Day race in Downtown Cincinnati. I'm a runner, biatch!:D

If the weather is suitable, run in a sleeveless shirt. Most runners have arms that could clean out a vacuum cleaner so guys with good arms may as well flaunt it!

Gooch,

I was told 1 piece of advice before I started running, and its something you'll only forget to do once....buy some vaseline(or something similar) and lube up before you go out running, I cant stress it enough!

LOL, I'll do that. I might have to lay someone out to ensure that I'm not in last place:p

4K is about 2 1/2 miles I believe, so I think I might forego the lube job, but for longer races I'll keep that in mind.

...also this is in "Over the Rhine" In downtown Cincy, so I may be truly running for my life :D

I never heard that. I'll do that for my sprint tri on March 9 which ends with a 5K run.

Dont want to hijack but I just wanted to say that men especially(for obvious reasons) should lube it up for chaffing reasons.....
