I'm the only person I know who would go to White Castle and spend like $12 LOL gotsta get some chicken rings, onion chips and cheese sticks too ya know

We used to make tacos 1 night a week and I always had 14. :jump1:

A few months back I stayed at my sister's house for the weekend. My brother-in-law said "Man, I used to brag about how much you ate, now I see you weighing out prunes" LOL

The things we do for our fitness goals, lol.

I envy your metabolism though, Goochy. I even eyeball, say my beloved "cheesecake", I go up 5% in body fat in seconds. You, its like "tickling" your stomach.

Best wishes,

Chillen

My wife maintains her weight, but she isn't nearly as picky about her diet as I am. She got a burger at Lonestar Steakhouse last weekend and it looked (and smelled) good as hell. Of course she only ate about 1/3 of it

When I worked at McDonalds I had 2-3 double cheeseburgers a day.

I didn't gain any weight. ;)

Theoretically, one "could" eat cheeseburgers (be in a deficit) and lose weight. :)
Recommended, no. But it sure is possible.

During a bulk (or when eating in a scheduled surplus), I eat homemade cheeseburgers frequently. Or fry very lean Angus cut it up into small pieces, sprinkle a ton of Parmesan and Garlic/pepper, and put it in a specially made low-carb, low-cal, high fiber, tortilla (with the focus on protein, and carbohydrates come from other sources). Yummy!

I hope everyones day is good! Be happy and ROCK-OUT!

Best wishes

Come cook for me in my dorm :cook:

Come cook for me in my dorm :cook:

Well, he, he. You could select better choices ya know :) Like eating Micky D's Southwest Grilled Chicken Salad (350cal, 30C, 30P), and use another dressing than whats provided, and just make the "best possible choice" off of the menu if you must eat out, and can not buy proper selections from the store that would fit your dorm environment.

I cook (actually I always have in my marriage) especially if my wife is not feeling well or had a difficult day at work; I put her feet up and just flat rock out caring for her. And, cooked a lot when my children were little. My youngest was a thief when he was a few years old. I would cook a burger or something, and set it down on the table, and then get side tracked with something, and then come back and look for my burger. And, not find it. I'd be looking all over hell and thought I lost my mind :). And, there is the little shiaaat: camped up in front of the TV, mouth messy, hamburger crumbs on the carpet, eating my burger, and smiling all the while, lol.

There are ways dude........to fit in good food while parked in a dorm!

Haha man, I don't actually eat McDonalds but once every two-three months probably. The only reason I even ended up there was because my roommate wanted some cinnamon roll thing. To be honest, I don't even eat fast food but once a month. I do agree with you though that even when I do eat fast food, there are better choices on the menu than the double cheeseburger. I usually eat in my cafeteria (the food isn't the greatest, but I do get a good deal of veggies, lean meats, and some good carbs too).
