It was -20 with wind chill factor, 2 without today. We didn't even get a cold day at school =/. for Karky, we use Farenheit aka freezing temp = 32.

I think chains are not allowed anymore by law. They tear up the road too much.

Provided you don't have an accident, your insurance stays the same. If you mean by fault, it depends. I would think the people driving would be more at fault.

Actually the insurance company can increase your insurance, even if your not at fault. And if you have a couple accidents (even those where you are not at fault) the insurance company can drop your coverage, and tell you to go look for another company.
