Here are some suggestions you can try it out...
1. If you are craving for sugar (for example, Pepsi), allow yourself to drink one little zip. This is a way that fulfill your needs and you need to walk away after that.
2. You can combine the sugar with other nutrient food -- let say you are craving for "chocolate", I will make a rule that every time I have a bite on the chocolate, I need to set 5 pieces of carrot. This is a great way that you can make yourself full by eatting the healthy food over the sugars.
3. When you are starting to crave for sugars, just crab some fruits for replacement. Fruits are sweet and it should be good for you to replace all junk foods you have in mind! (The trick is... don't store any junk food in your house, so that you will not be able to reach it)
4. Eat regularly -- try to eat 5 healthy meals / day... if you have smaller meal with shorter time between meals, your sugar craving should reduce.
Hope these tips can help you with your sugar cravings! =)
