Agreed! And are made in the kitchen. If your nutrition is not dialed in, then you will not get the results you are after.
 
Take a proper diet is so important for weight loss. Avoid oily food and do exercise. I think you have to try hula hooping exercise which helps to loss weight and keep you fit.
 
While planning for weight loss proper diet and exercise matters a lot. In diet take healthy food like low calorie food, less oily food, high fibber food etc. You can also add green tea in your diet. Take lots of water which will really helpful to lose. In exercise you can try some yoga exercises, swimming, running etc.
