Turn on the music and start to walk for 5-10 mins to warm up your body. Then do sit ups, squats amd press ups 20 reps 3 times, finish it with running for 10 mins and then stretches.

as for me 3 main points for loosing weight are no sugar, daily fitness and pure chimp super tea drinking as water replacement. Great product to gain health and loose some weight

First it would helpful for you to decide your goals. Without goals you could be setting yourself up. What do you want to do? This will help direct you in the a successful direction.
However the suggestion to just start walking is a good place to start while you are deciding your goal. One thing that helped me was the Fitbit. I could get a better idea of how much I was moving. They allow you to keep track. The one I like the best so far is the Fitbit one. You can even find them used.

we find many people around us looking to loss extra fat or they want to get a fit body. But almost of them I saw don't care about their diet controlling and regular exercise. I just say don't ignore them and get training regular.

As pals have mentioned before commitment and regular habits is what you need. Have these in the top of your mind and you can accomplish a lot. Another thing that you must concentrate on is losing weight slowly (maximum 2 pounds a week, preferably 1 pound a week). When you lose weight too fast you would be losing it from your muscles, which is very bad for your weight loss efforts.

Following are some tips that you can start implementing today to get real results:

1- Create a calorie deficit (ideally 500 calories deficit per day). Calorie deficit should be from the calories you consume, physical activities, or both. Your calories should come majorly from protein, complex carbohydrates (found in fruits and vegetables, and healthy fats.
2- Eat 5 to 6 meals a day (3 main meals and 2 snacks).
3- Decrease your consumption of sugary stuff as much as possible. The less the better.
4- Do 4 weight training sessions a week. Weight training build your muscles which is your best friend when it comes to weight loss.
5- Do HIIT exercises. High Intensity Interval training is a cardio training where you make short intense training bursts followed by slow intensity periods. This has shown to burn more calories than regular cardio training.

Good luck :)

Tea is definitely a lower calorie, healthier beverage than soda or juice. But aside from green tea, you should be concerned with the amount of food you are eating throughout the day. In other words, drinking green tea is healthy, but what about the ice cream, potato chips, cookies, crackers, pies, cakes, etc.. All the green tea in the world will not make any difference if these are the types of foods you are regularly consuming.

I took the weight management consultation from Texan Urgent Care and must say it was very effective. You can consider it too.

There are different ways to reduce body weight....like regular exercise, healthy diet and many more. You've explained many things here that would be so helpful me also.

Diet is so important for weight loss. I just started working with a dietitian. One thing that really helps me to feel full is to eat carbs with protein. It really makes a different for me. Diet is major for weight loss.

weight loss is not easy task but you do not use oily food,no burgers,no fries and also you can use green coffee tea link source

There are many ways to lose weight, and what I recommend is counting all of your calories. You will be amazed to find out how much you are really eating once you count everything. Do you use any supplements to help you stick to a low calorie diet? Do you workout? I am new on this site, but I am happy to help!

Some of the natural way for fat loss:
1. Take a glass of lukewarm water, add two or three tablespoons of lemon juice and a pinch of black pepper. Mix it well and drink it on an empty stomach, every morning.
2. Green tea. Green tea is a powerful antioxidant that can help keep your metabolism running in fine form. To have the real benefits from it, drink it without sugar.
3.Yoga: With yoga, you have mindful mediation, flexibility and you’re building strength and burning calories.

Eat wisely(small portions and lot of vegetables)
Exercise a lot(two times per day is good start)
Don´t drink any alcohol( Alcohol contains fat)

This gives you a very good start of your weight loss journey. If it doesnt work after a month, try something else :)

Losing weight is not an easy task. There are many ways to lose weight in a short period of time. All you need to do is focus on your weight loss goals till its end and maintain a healthy diet. However most of us can’t sit hungry leaving unsatisfied. This is where most of the dieters fail. 3 step plan that you need to follow is kill your appetite and improve your health at the same time.
The first step involved in the weight loss program that you can do at home is to eliminate sugars and starches. Eliminating sugars and starches itself can make you shed your excess fat. Cutting down the sugar and starches from your diet decreases the secretion of insulin. When insulin goes down, the body starts burning fats instead of carbs.
Secondly; eat proteins, fat and vegetables. Each one of your meals should include a protein source and low-carb vegetables. Incorporating your meals this way will automatically bring down your carb intake into the recommended range of 20-50 grams per day.
Last but not the least; exercise for around 3-4 times per week. For those who can’t exercise at home, you can go to gym 3-4 times a week. Do a warm up, lift weights and then stretch. Even a simple morning walk will do the same. By lifting weights, you will burn a few more calories and prevent your metabolism from slowing down.

Sleep is one thing that I have trouble with along with late night snacking. Has anyone tried Liporidex PM? Its a fat burner with not stimulants or caffeine in it and it's supposed to help you get a good nights sleep while helping you burn fat. Seems legit, but not quite sure. Would love any suggestions or if someone has tried their products to let me know.
