How to Loose Extra Baby Fat Faster?

Eat small healthy meals five times a day, it will slowly shrink your intestines and of course a regular exercise is a must! Am i making sense?

No, you are not making any sense at all. What you wrote is complete nonsense.

"Eating five meals a day will shrink your intestines"? Do you people take us for fools?...

Small healthy meals so you won't starve, when you try not to eat because you think that's the right thing to do, you will starve and you eat more than usual which is not good. So for me, eat small meals five times a day, because its now how you eat but how much you eat.

I don't "starve" because I think is the right thing to do. I don't starve at all. I eat 3 meals a day with a total from 1300 to 1500 calories, and I rarely end up hungry or with cravings.

Now, if eating 5 times a day works for you, that's all fine and good, but please don't go around saying things like "it will shrink your intestines".

firstly you should avoid fried food and do morning walk and some exercise

Actually - there is no reason whatsoever for people to avoid fried food.

Lots of people lose lots of weight these days while still eating fried food.

The problem is that it can involve a lot of calories if you fry in the traditional way using a reasonable amount of fat.

I use fry light oil spray and it means that I can fry a huge pan of food for maybe 10 calories in fat. It comes in a pump aerosol and each squirt costs 1 calorie. I can cover quite a large pan with 10 squirts.

Walking is a good form of exercise - but it will benefit you at any time of day.

All you need to do is become more active and eat healthily at an appropriate calorie level.

Normally after pregnancy the area/body part that the women is concerned more is the belly fat. It takes time for your stomach to go back to its usual size after pregnancy, so patience is key. Your uterus will shrink back to its pre-pregnancy size about a month after the baby is born. Breast feeding will also help you shed the extra fat, as will cutting back on calories and exercising....

Pilates is a fantastic way to actually target that place because a great deal of these exercises really concentrate on the deep-core muscles that can get stretched out during pregnancy," said Corkum, who considers it's also significant to compress the pelvic floor muscles, also known as Kegels, as you're doing stomach exercises.

80% diet. 20% exercise.

you should eat 5-6 small meals a day.

breakfast.
morning tea.
lunch.
afternoon tea.
dinner.

Drink 2 - 3 Litres of water a day. more if you can so your body lets go of water weight.. try drinking ice water. it burns more calories. you burn 25 calories converting ice water to normal temperature when you drink ice water on an empty stomach. so drink ice water every morning before breakfast and if you get hungry aftter 7pm. (which is when you should stop eating after.)

People may benefit from reading this posting. http://weight-loss.fitness.com/threads/26335-The-Importance-of-Meal-Frequency

The multiple small meals idea was proven some years ago to be an old wives tale in weight loss... The bottom line is that some people prefer lots of meals and some people prefer fewer larger meals... Neither approach is intrinsically better than the other... There is no dietary benefit in multiple small meals.

It total calories over the entire day that counts. Nothing else.

You will not loose the fat fastly or completely but you can do regular exercise to keep yourself fit. Everyday continue the exercise it will really helpful for your health.
