How to Loose Extra Baby Fat Faster?

sorry Clive, theres no fast way to lose weight. Eat less/move more and stick it out! Losing weight is not a sprint, its a marathon!
 
no, there does not have to be such a plan. I think people as a rule make things harder than it has to be. Sure you can go on an X amt of cals or and X amt of exercise...but it does not HAVE to be that way. Eat less...move more, easy as that.
 
I despise them. They are proven over and over and over again to fail. The ONLY pill thats FDA approved will even admit that you will regain the weight once you stop taking them. Its a huge waste of alot of money.
 
True Korrie i completely agree with you. Any extra effort taken to reduce you fat level should be continued for a prolonged period for targeted result. Otherwise everything would be in vain.

What kind of cardio exercise do you suggest that would give beneficial results. Have you ever tried any diet pill?
 
There are no shortcuts in losing weight. Just stick to healthy habits like exercising and eating the right foods. You will certainly notice positive results over a period of time.
 
I also agree with the members above. Losing weight is in actual a slow process and takes its own time. Best way is to continue eat healthy and exercise well for an hour or two on daily basis.
 
Hey Guys i am new here and would like to get suggestion regarding loosing extra fat fast.

Try eating 6 small meals a day, drinking lots of water. High protein low carb and stay away from fast food and fried foods. Cut out sodas and teas if you drink any. Good luck!
 
There is no benefit to eating numerous small meals or not eating after a certain time... Both of these are tools which help some people to limit their calorie intake. The bottom line is that it is total calories in (via food and drink) vs total calories burnt (by being alive and moving about). Making the diet as nutritious as possible by hitting all sorts of targets for protein, calcium, fibre, healthy fat, water etc has major advantages - but calories in vs calories out is central to weight loss.

An exercise plan and a healthy diet.

I have not taken it but a lot of the people in my gym have been taking the <spam aspect identified elsewhere>. The best way to lose the extra fat is diet and exercise.

I have been on maternity leave for 6 months due to complications. I am suppose to be back to work in 6 weeks now that I have had my baby. I work in a pretty physical unit as a nurses aide for dementia patients. I want to have lost as much weight as do-able and be in shape too, any suggestions?

As mentioned before - cut your calories (eat less) and move more (exercise). That's all you need, really.
 
Eat small healthy meals five times a day, it will slowly shrink your intestines and of course a regular exercise is a must! Am i making sense?
