Sport How often do you weigh yourself?

Sport Fitness
Maybe once or twice monthly, not overly concerned with wieght at all. I'm more concerned with the way my body looks and bodyfat.
 
every morning...
usually before my workout
usually after my workout
sometimes before and after sauna...
before I go to bed

I think it makes me realize what is weight loss due to water/feces and what is weight loss due to fat loss...
