How many of you....

I have no clue what I am talking about.

Same here....

However I did save a bunch of money from switching my car insurance to Geico.

I never post unless I'm damn sure I know what I'm talking about. If I'm wrong about something, I admit it and learn from it.

It's obviously Leip and LV!

I know what works for me and i read up on stuff i dont know. Plus i'll speak to people who know and have more experience. Half the PT at my gym are useless so i wouldnt ask them anything (other than wheres the bathroom?)

If you're referring to someone in particular, why not just let it out instead of beating around the bush?

Yeah thats what I thought, i seem to remember EVO telling me that If i wanted abs all I had to do was do heaps of crunches she said do about 200+ a day and the fat will just melt off my stomach, Im so glad he taught me that spot reduction does work :D

DISCLAIMER EVO NEVER TOLD ME THIS NOR IS IT CORRECT HE DOES KNOW WHAT HE IS TALKING ABOUT TAKE HIS ADVICE OR I WILL SMASH YOU!

That's a neat trick how I change my gender.:D

On the bright side...I find I'm more brilliant the more I drink.

I don't know about a ton of stuff! I mainly know about what works for me, so most of anything that I've posted or would consider posting is/would be advice based on personal experience and observation.

Slightly off-topic: When I was young/er, by-the-book approaches pretty much worked for me pretty much as promised and results were quick to come. Some of those approaches (now) don't always yield the right results or they're not totally possible now--I have considerations now than I did when I was in my 20s/30s. Usually what I do now--after reading and talking with people--is a sort of potpourri of different things and that's okay for me. I wouldn't have dreamed of doing that when I was younger, though.

I agree..just say it. We want names...we can handle the truth (I hope it's not me but if it is so be it. It's not like I'm gonna drop dead cuz someone said I repeat what I hear/read and not really know)

Anytime I've said anything which could be remotely be considered as 'advise' I've tried to at least say: 'personally' this is what I do and it's worked for me (or something like that--I mean our progress/pics speak for ourselves.

I don't think you have to necessarily have a certification to know what you are talking about because like it was mentioned some PTs at the gym are worthless and clueless (and out of shape for that matter) and because some people here have, through research and trial and error, found what worked for them in reaching their goals in a healthy manner using the tools they had available to them: books, articles, success stories and 'expert advise'.

If by "knowing", you are implying certifications and extensive studying, then no... I "know" very little.

However, i do know what has worked for me, and i have a decent understanding of WHY it worked for me. If someone is asking a question that someone else (including myself) has asked before, I won't hesitate to provide an answer. I don't think its necessary to have a certification to tell someone that having two pop tarts and ice cream for breakfast isn't the healthiest choice.

My monkeys are still working on Shakespeare.
