How many of you take suppliments pre-workout

Really? I've been tested by a GP and a hospital nurse before and they just gave me a piece of card and told me to pee on it, if it goes a certain colour then you probably have diabetes.
Although this is the NHS we're talking about! :D

I am with the NHS and got no card :( (PCT not funding cards in my area I guess!) I did though have one especially gross GP who asked me to do a urine sample then proceeded to taste it (yes you read that right) via his finger as I was leaving the room. Never went back. At 19 I was too young and stupid to report him though since leaving have heard many many complaints being made against him!

BTW- small world! :)

Interesting article I just posted Diabetes: 1 in 4 Chance this Disease is the Cause of Your Fatigue or Irritability

Summer123 you might want to read what the article says on the consumption of fructose.

Well, you can test for diabetes through taste too; maybe it's just part of the NHS budget cuts ;)

Hey summer123, you mentioned that you take supplements off and on? have you considered taking any type of metabolism booster while on your conservative 1600kcals? and pairing it up with any other fat burners?
