I have scoliosis too and I try to go to the chiropractor once a month to get my back aligned. It helps me for a few days, but then its back to usual If you have insuarance it shouldn't cost you too much. I just have to pay the co-pay at the office visit (Mine is $20) You could call around to a few places and see if they accept your insuarance
didnt feel like reading 5 ages of replies, so sorry if someone already said this. My mom is a nurse practitioner and says that if you crack your joints too much early in your life, it can cause arthritis later in life. So i wouldnt do it
You don't need to read 5 pages. The first page would suffice, and no, cracking knuckles is not bad. The tendons and ligaments are stretched and release gas. There's nothing wrong with it and you're not going to get arthritis.
