Circuit Training is something I have to add more to my exercise routine.

I see great results when doing it.. I just pick other things over it bc it is hard {since I'm still out of shape..lol}, and this will help me I hope stick with it!

Finally a bonus I'll enjoy rather than loath. LOL LOL I do circuit training several days a week and they are 30 minutes long. I'm really happy about this one, especially since I let my team down on the exercise points this week, sick or no sick I'm so ready to get back to the gym, I miss my people. LOL LOL :auto: And I miss that feeling after I have worked out for two hours, boy do I miss that feeling. HEHEHEHE Is it Monday yet???? LMAO!!
Thanks Twin, in all seriousness, this is a really good bonus and we all need ST in our regimen as that's what all the trainers say, and I have to agree. Good Luck everyone!!!!!

Glad to hear it! ST will help get you into shape. :) If it isn't hard, it's not doing much.

I have just done the pilates videos I posted. OH, WAS THAT HARD!!!!!!!!! I couldn't keep up with the skinny lady, partly because I couldn't really learn the routine so I won't count the today's workout. I will do it again and next time I will be BETTER. I must confess: horrible as it is, I MUST do it! Especially now when I lost quite a lot of weight I really need to tone up my muscles. Thank you BB for being so cruel with us. I really appreciate it. :gnorsi:

Hey, if those video were a breeze for you to do, then I would be shocked. Even that lady who's made them gets something out of it. The whole point of exercise is that it needs to be challenging in order for it to do any good. Even if you have to take a few minutes out to rest during it, that's ok. I have to do that too with my turbo jams. I like your attitude--it will serve you well. :)
