For a long time I had Shawn Ts video but never opened it due to busy schedule. Now I am about to become a father of two therefore decided to take the steps. with busy schedule, I am trying to do the hip hop + insanity training at the same time.
It is my 3rd day now. I started with hip hop in the morning and insanity in the evening. Plannding to do light weight lifting during the day time.
Hip HOp Abs 1 was amazing. I am 35 years old not bad shape but this video took me for surprise. if done properly meaning if you follow the body movement in a form then you will fee the crunch in the right places. you need to build that form slowly to ensure your body moves alone that line. So just follow the basic excersise first for a whole before startin the music video.
I love dancing so I think it is a great product. Insanity was a insance. I could not even do 6 month on the first day. But I manage to do FIT Test 3 times. It was insance.
It has been 3 days so far, althouhg I am not seeing any magic but I can feel my weist and my stomach ligher and slimer so not sure if thos ewere water weight or something else. I also have been on salaad most of the day too.. and protein.
