I will try to give you some advices, which help me to lose weight when I need to.
First about nutrition:
You mentioned what you eat, but these foods contain most of all carbohydrates.
Where are the protein rich foods? Do you eat meat, eggs, milk or whey protein?
If not then this is major mistake.
I suggest you to add protein rich food with every meal you have.
What type of protein:
Good decision is to eat white of eggs or/and whey protein with your breakfast, because they contain fast protein - eggs(absorbed for 1-1 and 30 hours), whey protein(20-30min). You need fast protein for your breakfast.
Good decision for your lunch is the meat - red meat, chicken chest, fish, milk.
red meat(absorbed for 3-4 hours), milk (absorbed for about 5-6 hours).
For dinner you can eat milk source products, but because it is slow protein I suggest you to take some fast protein like whey protein or chicken chest, because your body has to burn fats for energy during your sleep.
Second about your training:
I suggest you to separate your cardio of your weight training. Perfect variant is to do your cardio in the morning before you ate your breakfast. You can drink something before it, but do not eat. 30 - 45 min veloergometer is the best choice, because it allows you to keep constant temp and keeps your leg muscles. I will explain why it is the best choice in some other post
In the evening you can do your weight training for about 1 hour.
There is nothing difficult. May be you have to make some small changes to have great results.
You can also follow the rule: Be rich man in breakfast, Be work class in your lunch, Be poor man in your dinner. This actually shows that your breakfast has to be rich in carbohydrates and during the day you have to reduce them.
For dinner eat only protein and veggies.
