Help asap unbelievable body suddenly gains weight on nothing!! Wat is this

Look, this is what 5 pounds (2.25 kilos) of fat look like vs 5 pounds of muscle.

It can take months to build that little muscle. Months!

Another thing; you have 3500 calories stored on 1 pound of fat (that is 7700 on 1 kilo of fat), but you only have 600 Kcal stored on 1 pound of muscle.

Ideally, when you are on a caloric deficit, your body will turn to fat for energy. But here's the deal; you need a minimum amount of protein each day to survive. If you don't get that protein, then your body needs to break down that muscle to get it.

you will lose more total weight faster if you lose muscle, but that is not good at all, and that will also do absolutely nothing to improve your looks. It will actually make them worse.

Just make a google search for 'Skinny fat' and you'll see what I'm talking about! You can weight very little, but if you don't have much muscle (or you have little muscle in proportion to fat) you still look fat! It's not what you want.

And that's why you want to make sure all the weight you are losing is fat. I promise you, you will look much better is you lose 5 kg of pure fat vs 3kg of fat and another 5 of something else.

day 4 done..

yumiest day of all, esp enjoyed orange juice, like a bliss, only 200ml tho :c on non diet time can easily drink all 3l in day or even more, miss that! couldnt do whole cheese, so stopped at 200g, i think i shouldve get yummier 1..

to the point: nothing ever went off. still. 500g left overnight but like its evening nd its back, it just doesnt count nd i dont care abt this at all. gonna finish 7 days nd if nothings gonna happen, fuking dropping this..

tbh ive been eating diff crazy nasty foods n concotions and doing other insane programs before, i soo dont wanna go back to tht..

feeling hopeless af

seeing myself in mirror just makes me wanna cry, thts just not me, so much life is passing by me meanwhile im trying to fix myself, i just dunno what to do...>< my metabolism nd everything is just too specific n shit..

idk abt muscles man, i just dont think i need them tht much? :/ like as long as im small without general weight, fat or no, ill be fine? in fact once im thin i could actually do some toning nd muscle training then. just tht i dont even like to show off my body, i like to wear alot of clothes nyway so as long as i just get slender/smaller frame will be fine, i dont mind not being all sharp nd u know, just to get tht mass off nd be able to get in my old skinnies n so..


but i get everything u say, thnx for effort i just dont think i can do the low cal thing for long..i can do somekinda hardcore diet for certain period but after tht i wanna be able to eat somewhat free. diets just..i just wont stay on them for awhile, esp cos im so done with them by this time. i deff will break it at some point, i know it..i would try eating healthy/clean foods more? like 70-80% of my foods

but i would be willing to do wtv to get the fast weight loss?
 
forgot to mention that last 2 days i been sweating like crazy, like im changing shirts all day! its not hot here and i wasnt exercising. and i never sweat? have no idea what this means.
 
ya so im ditching that shit..the kilo finally went off overnight but rly not even close to what was being promised! so totally fuck this! 4 days for nothing. i just dont see point in continuing. my mom also made super yummy lunch that im just not gonna miss out.
