Just googled this site... because im desperate:yelrotflmao:

Anyways im a fatass, ive tried everything....nothing will help i once accualy didnt eat anything for a week i just drank water to lose weight... i did lose a few pounds tho but it all came back in a couple days, now ive read a little about this stuff and relised how stupid that was... anyways i dont know much about this stuff so i would like some help to get in shape again

im 18
i weight like 110kg(wich is around 220 pounds or whatever)
i bench around 100kg

it would be nice if someone who knew about this ****(losing weight and weightlifting etc) could add me on msn and maybe help me put up a workout program for me? would be awsome, i would even pay for it if it worked! :eek:

Serious tip, eat lots of fruits and vegetables and no junk food (especially junk food with a lot of sugar). It worked for Bruce Lee.
 
Whats your diet exercise/lifestyle like?

I dont eat junk food at all period, i eat like 2 meals per day breakfeast usually serials or boiled eggs, then like a salad(tuna/ham/chicken) at like 5-7pm when i get home from work...i dont work out much other then occasionally goto the gym, maybe once a week or so...

I dont blame you for not working out more often with that diet, dont you feel larthargic and tired?

You should be aiming to have around 5/6 small meals a day, paying particular attention to your saturated fat intake and ultimately your total calorie intake, which i believe from reading many others that 500 less than your maintanance is ideal. Its important to get your diet on track first before contemplating other things such as exercise, im sure a few others around here could help you with a basic food programme.

Next, try to aim for 30minutes of exercise a day. This could start of as being just walking and then gradually increase as you feel more comfortable.

It would also be really beneficial if your weight trained more often, if you bought a pair of dumbells you could start doing it at home if thats the reason why you only do it once a week, the more muscle you have the more fat you'll be able to burn.

100kg is pretty good, is that repping weight or 1RM?

Also, how tall are you? I weigh 100kg and if you think that makes me fat I'll kick your arse! :) Weight doesn't mean much unless we know how tall you are

Like 184, and yeah i dont wanna look like a skinny asian, i just wanna get rid of some fat,already have the muscle.

Omly reason i startedd muscle training was because my stepdad would always hit my mom when he was drunk, so as 14 i started weightlifting like a madman, as 16 i could bench like 95kg, i have these huge weight scars(thats what my doctor called them) at my chest area and under my arms from lifting too heavy too young. Anyways one morning i like 6-7am i hear my mom scream from downstairs, my stepdads hitting her again, and i hit him with all i got, broke his ribb broke his nose and that's the last we have heard from him, anyways.....then i just got lazy and under the last 2 years ive got like 30kg more wight(FAT no muscle) so something needs to be done :eek::rolleyes:

You mean stretch marks? If so then get a new doctor, I have stretch marks under my armpit and up my triceps, it's just because I grew fast, not because the weight was too heavy.
