To lose the weight it is good to have the good nutritious diet plan. Avoid junk foods and oily food, drink plenty of water, eat fresh fruits and do practice daily exercise or yoga.
 
avoid junk foods and sodas.. If you can, try to have a sugar-free diet. Or maybe just use natural sweeteners like Natvia. It's naturally made and safe. It has very low calorie content too.
 
Hi Steven. Exercise & food need to be in balance to get to the weight you desire. Get advice from a nutritionist, he/she will be able to chalk out a proper meal plan for you.You are doing great by running. Small proportions 6 times a day & lots of water & juices are good.
 
The best thing for weight loss drink at least 6-7 letter water each. Drink green daily it will helps you to boost your metabolism and in many researches it has been proven green tea is helping people lose weight.
 
As far as my healthy food suggestion is concerned i would say loads of proteins, carbohydrates and carbs. Thats what my diet usually consists of. I am a weight lifter may be thats the reason i keep these nutrients value a bit high. But, people who even do not lift weights must particularly intake these nutrients and ofcourse eat clean.

Select foods from various food groups such as nuts, beans, broccoli, green salad, mushrooms, lemon, legumes, seeds, gluten free snacks and also incorporate a variety of fruits, lean proteins and whole grains into your diet to maintain weight loss.

Read some interesting food list online and get new ideas. Of those that I know, 2 really good ones are Sheffafoods.com and healthyfoods.com. Look them up on the internet and you should be able to find something that helps.
 
Healthy foods always consists of low calorie items like more vegetables, yogurt, fruits, lean meat, fish, olive oil and also the most famous berries which really helps in reducing weight. Drink a lot of water to detoxify the body and increase the metabolism.
 
As you are doing exercises I can only suggest to drink atleast 3litres and more water daily,eat at intervals and don't take heavy food at night.

1. Eat fresh Salads , seasonal fruits , seasonal vegetables.
2. Eat Boiled egg
3. Eat pulses and legumes
4. Eat Almonds
5. Avoid alcohol , cigarette
6. Avoid Red meat
7. Drink plenty of water
8. Avoid excess of sugar, ice cream, chocolates
9. do regular exercise

I think green tea and green coffee are very healthy drinks. They are very good to improve total body health . They are caffeine free and provide fast fat loss. They are good for health and controls blood sugar level.
 
Have your half meal with vegetables and another half with your low calorie food.
