To lose weight, you have to balance your caloric intake with the energy you expend and eat a nutritious low-calorie diet too.
Select foods from various food groups such as nuts, beans, broccoli, green salad, mushrooms, lemon, legumes, seeds, gluten free snacks and also incorporate a variety of fruits, lean proteins and whole grains into your diet to maintain weight loss.
Read some interesting food list online and get new ideas. Of those that I know, 2 really good ones are Sheffafoods.com and healthyfoods.com. Look them up on the internet and you should be able to find something that helps.
