healthy foods suggestion

ok so im 14 5'' 8' m 180 and want to get to 150
i run 2 miles everyday but dont know what to eat i dont care what it is il eat anything in any proportion

i just need some foods that will make me loose weight fast with doing daily exercise
and hopefully this with help more people than just me
 
just use common sense (and start learning portion sizes more than anything)

while we don't tend to give suggestions on health to underaged people here (talk to your parents), it really doesn't take much to make smart choices like more veggies (lower or cut the dressing), stop the sugary items, start reading labels and learn, as said before, portion sizes.
 
I can suggest you only to avoid this things:
- Refined products: white bread, refined rice, white sugar ...
- Sauces and brown thickening;
- Spicy foods (hot peppers, hot peppers);
- Coffee and tea (in excessive amounts);
- Heavy saturated fats (fatty meat, pork, sausage);
- Too much sugar;
- Cigarettes and alcohol (aperitifs, liqueurs).

And drink a lot of water, as someone said up!

Following are some of the Foods that you can add in your dieting Chart :

Broccoli, Green Salad, Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Turkey Breast, Cucumbers.

These foods will really helps in weight loss and keeps you fit as well.

some general guidelines:


eat 6 meals per day


eat lean protein with EVERY meal (chicken, lean beef, ciottage cheese,...)


eat vegetables and fruit for carbs, avoid sugar and refined carbs (pasta, rice,...)


I also recommend highly you incorporate full body weight exercises.

Regular use of lemon water early morning before walk good for weight loss. also take fresh fruits, juices and vegetables. avoid junk food, fried food and sweets
 
Once again, the lemon water idea is a myth. It helps only in that it is water and helps you stay hydrated.
 
Have to control Food and fried items. Weight can be controlled using strict diet and excercise.. Take vegetables and drink lots of water.
 
All this advice is great but you need to understand what types of food will work for you. Note the saying 'one man's food is another man's poison'. Yes, fruit, veggies, whole grains and all that. It's a good place to start. Search the internet for recipes. Also, what's with the fast weight loss? How long did it take you to put the weight on in the first place and what are you going to do once the weight has gone? Think long term and aim to get rid of the excess pounds in a controlled steady way. If you try anything too drastic you might end up doing more harm than good.
 
To lose the weight it is good to have the good nutritious diet plan. Avoid junk foods and oily food, drink plenty of water, eat fresh fruits and do practice daily exercise or yoga. These are some of the basic ways which can help to reduce the weight in a natural way and help to get the healthy life.
 
I suggest you a daily 30 minutes exercise and walk and following food are very helpful for your diet .

Do avoid drinking a lot of coffee, caffeine in it tells your body not to loss fat but stores even more.
 
These foods provide the important nutrients to the body needs:-bread, cereals, rice, vegetables, legumes,fruit,milk, yoghurt, cheese,meat, fish, poultry, eggs, nuts, legumes.
 
I agree...get more into protein and never drink a lot of water each day. Do a routine exercise as suggested, in a GYM so you will enjoy it also with the company of others. You get time to socialize :)
