Howdy everyone
I posted teams and info under YOUR team name what you need to do is COPY AND PASTE where it says and on SEPT 1ST put your starting weigh and goal weight for the end of the challange.
FOR THE ONES THAT R CONFUSED :rotflmao: I am giving points out daily for exersicing,and completing the bonus for that week and your 1st BONUS will also be started in a SEPERATE THREAD marked Halloween challange week 1 BONUS go there and it will explain the bonus for that week and there will be a new 1 each week.
We are using * for each day you complete the bonus and we all need exersice so for an extra point a day we will use + each day we exersice 30 minutes.PLEASE any questions use this thread.
OH and also you can EDIT each time or copy and paste each time up to you.

i made a chart to pin on my wall, so it will be easier to keep track of *'s and +'s.
Let me know when you make the thread which tells us the bonus points :)

NO EACH WEEK A NEW BONUS SO WEEK 1 BONUS THEN WEE2 NEW BOMUS AND SO ON AND SO ON.
 
N/p I also have everything down on notebook so I can write in everweek the points bonuses ect to keep track of.
OK SAY I am 185 and I lost 1 lb that week that is 2pts ok then you add up the *******++++++thats 13 so 15pts for just myself I add them up for a team total REMEBER if you gain a lb thats -1 pt it's pretty simple.
* for bonus complete
+ exersice 30 mins
-1 gain
+2 lost
 
awesome. sounds pretty simple :)

and you say we should allow 1 day for rest. I often dance everyday, so if i do can i count that? or is 6days max we get points for 30mins of exercise?
 
Ok I want to add ya but I am stuck in a rock and a hard place I just PMED kittykatstrong back and said she was too late cuz the cuttoff was yesterday so I can get teams together but if NO ONE HAS A PROB I can add kitty and BMOHEARN and we will have EVEN teams and we can have more support?So if no one cares I can EDIT in the morning tomorrow ok Well lunch time I am not a morning person,Tammy
